In case the flight, bus, ship, or train arrives more than 45 minutes later than the time confirmed in the reservation, the waiting time will depend on our affiliate’s availability and on whether you have previously provided us with the detailed information of your arrival itinerary at the destination.
In all cases, one of our affiliates will be waiting for you at the terminal, hotel, station, or address where you requested the start of the transfer, holding a banner with your name and our identifying logos. It is extremely important that you always provide us with the specific details of your travel itinerary.
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled date and time of the service, and no more than 90 days in advance, in order to guarantee availability of transportation or any additional services.
